There is no specified time frame for a decision, could be a day or two or never, that's right sometimes the judge never renders a decision, which in this case would be saying in essence that responding to the Mentor motion would be a waste of his (not being sexist, it is a male judge) time, i.e. favorable for Misonix. That said, I'm sure Lysonix' lawyers have told them that two or three weeks is "typical".
