Spoke to the City of Ten Sleep again today. They say that the bankruptcy hearing has been postponed to July 9, and that they no longer want anything to do with Rocky Mountain since they have not paid them a dime on the contract they have with the City. They are looking to cancel the contract for non-performance and find another bottler. They have tried to contact Rocky Mountain to give them legal notice of the cancelation but the mail comes back - "no forwarding address". Anybody know where they've gone? The owner of the property that they were to buy for $79,000 hasn't received any payment either. So where's all the money gone? Hmmm.
