I am done making negative comments. You know the answers and I won't get into it. Draw your own conclusions. Tonight I just wanted to educate people in general and won't get into a bashing contest so please don't taunt.

All I will say is when you use the word "stock promoter" that in itself is guilt by association.

I will give you a question. Why does a company need a stock promoter. If you are not intending to sell stock and you have not implemented you r business plan and you are "paying" this person with the company's hard earned money of which it has little, does that make rational sense.

To check out the integrity of a promoter as you call it and there are legitimate ones. Again, ask questions.

1. What companies do you represent.
(see where those companies are today)
2. Which companies have you represented in the past
(see where those are today)
3. How much are you being paid to represent this company
(they have to disclose this by law.

Then evaluate and again make your decisions. There is no RocketMan science to it. Only kidding. I couldn't resist throwing that one in. By the way the Viagra joke the other night wasn't geared towards you it was simply a joke.

For those who didn't hear.

What do Disneyland and Viagra have in common.

You have to wait a whole damn hour for a 3 minute ride.
