Agreed, the ATT/TCI merger will accelerate the RBOC's entry into the xDSL market but for the near term effect on nervous investors a multi-billion dollar commitment by ATT/TCI of cable technology to the home will be negative. I am and will remain long. My reason for posting was to try to give an alternative reason for todays price decline.
