My research of Liberty tells me the following:

First, I researched their recent "dealings" and they are unethical

The stocks that they are involved with are questionable.

So to answer your question, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, well them, it must be daffy.

But keep your eye on the ball, the company. The promoter is circumstantial
