Ty,

Terrific post! IAIC is truly pushing hard to build their software and outsourcing services businesses and reach their target markets.

IAIC's news release today points reaffirms your e-mail response in that:

1. They continue to leverage CA's client base.
2. Their market is global in nature.
3. They are targeting premium-priced languages to remediate.
4. Their outsourcing/factory approach is paying dividends.
5. They are earning service revenues using CA's tool (Fix/2000).

IAIC is on the verge of an earnings acceleration for each succeeding quarter leading into 2000 and possibly beyond. IMHO, IAIC's story is becoming an "earnings play" similar to the successful body shops.

Regards.

Elliot
