In the days of Jesus, the Synagogues used the Greek Septuagint. You make up these lies on the spir of the moment and as they are needed. The Temple and some Synagogues in Judea still used Hebrew in Jesus's day.

In American, only the Shma was spoken in Hebrew in all the Reformed and Conservative Synagogues until the very recent demand by the Zionist forces that Hebrew be used more extensively to further the political ambitions of Zionism.
