Warrents were an issue LAST year as price approached conversion price close to expiration of warrents, and effectively created a ceiling. This is a non issue this year as conversion price is $4.00, thus almost no chance of many being converted. Looks like people are going to chow on some paper this year.

If some positive catalyst does not come into pay pretty soon, TRIBY will become a serious bargin at the end of year due to tax loss selling. IMSCO Scott
