" -------- The Bible study did not show the whole plan of salvation because Jesus had not yet sent the Holy Spirit. The Bible study "expounded unto them in all the scsriptures the things concerning himself" from the as yet unwritten Gospels ---which is Jesus Christ and Jesus Himself explained how the New Covenant had fulfilled the Old Testament Scriptures. Jesus was simply explaining the Old Test. Scriptures in light of the New Testament revelations --Himself Crucified for the sins of mankind and raised from the dead for their justification. The Crucifixion and Resurrection were the fulfillment of the Old Test. Scriptures. This was not yet the whole plan of salvation. The whole plan did not come until Jesus poured out the Holy Spirit and created the new nation of Christians on the day of Pentecost. Then the Aposltes went forth and preached the whole plan of salvation. Have you been Born Again an d filled with the Holy Spirit, Donald? You seem to be ignorant of some of the elementary principles of the faith.
