Don't you have a sense of humor? While I am NOT flaming you, it is obvious (to me at least) that Steve was being sarcastic with the first few lines of his post.
I believe he was responding to someone's bearish comments. He also never claimed CSCC would go down to 20 (said he would panic). He also said he would BUY MORE (meaning he already has some) at 50 and again at 40 (get it, buy on a dip as it is a better value?)
He even used a disclaimer at the end in case anyone thought he WAS serious (see the smiley face).

If you reread post #1353 and keep these points in mind I think you will see what he was trying to say HE_IS_BULLISH. I am sure an intelligent man like you (Top 5 EE educated!!) will understand.
