Did IDEC plan to purchase something last spring? I just found this sentence in a Warburg Dillon Read report from February 25, related to the since-withdrawn offering: "The company plans to purchase a product in the oncology field which will fill the gap between Rituxan, which was approved in November 1997, and IDEC-Y2B8, which may be approved in 2000."

Anybody know what this "product" was supposed to be?
