Holly Holdings has had big dreams, but not much luck turning them into reality. Company subsidiary Navtech, a maker of printed circuit boards and wiring harnesses used in the gaming and medical industries, has ceased operations after the bank refused to extend its credit. Its plans to build the largest casino in Colorado through its majority-owned subsidiary Country World casinos have been delayed by Country World Casinos' bankruptcy, from which it has emerged. (Holly Holdings is proceeding with plans to construct a 75,000 square foot casino with a country-music theme and an adjacent Radisson hotel.)
