I am not sure what industry you work in but I work in this one, and you may or may not be surprised to find out some of the reasons why people sue, even for minimal amounts of money. This is not why I made my last post, it was more of a moral additive than a statement. My view is that the more info shared, the better ones ultimate decision, so I add my two cents!
