<If it is such a good deal at this level, why aren't institutions/insiders jumping all over themselves to purchase this stock? It just ain't happenin'.> Two things to remember - its a nasty time for small caps in general & now price is under the $10.00 Really limits purchases to retail customers pursuing stock by themselves.
