David...They have taken it off the court docket and are still negotiating. Nothing has changed. They still feel optimistic in the outcome. Don't expect anything for this month in my opinion with the holidays. I'm going away for 2 weeks till the beginning of January. I'm going to enjoy my holidays and immd is not going to be on my mind....much! <GG>.... IRene
