Which first? NASD Delisting or FDA Approval? How long after a company is disqualified for listing is the company actually delisted. Last week, URMD notified investors that the company currently does not meet NASD minimum requirements. If delisting occurs, it is going to take alot of seeds to support URMD's stock price.
