I called company today because I have not recieved any answers from Karen the new IR person. I spoke to another lady without an accent. She was very helpful. I wanted to speak to the CEO but he was on a conference call. Q. I asked if July date was good to close. A. Yes we will close July 10 Q. How are you going to finance the land deal A. We have an individual who will be financing the land deal. Q. When will you start construction on the land. A. In September the road will be cut all permits have been filed and everything involved with zoning is complete. Q. How many employee do you have A. 12 Q. When will the first golf villa be complete A. Were shooting for December There will be 35 villa to start and we will have a sells force there on site with a model villa. Q. How will you finance these golf villa. A. We have a lender for the construction loans already lined up Q. When will you be listed on Nasdaq BB. A. They are telling us in about a month I asked are you sure and she said yes. I told her that would help at least we could get reliable bid/ask. Q. How many outstanding shares A. She really didn't know but would get that information for me. Hope this helps I got tired waiting for Karen. I am going to speak to Max next time. I think they really have a business plan and am glad to get in on the bottom. I have not got quick answers from them but a real person answers the phone unlike other stocks with just a recording.
