Dppl,

I'd like to say I understand your obsession with ownership in MatriDigm, but I don't. I detect two elements in your argument:
Your main point as I understand it is that
(a) there could have been dozens of other suitors who would have been willing to buy into MatriDigm.
(b) Alternatively, they could have gone to an ivnestment banker for a better deal on itnerest.

But you can say this about ANY company that ever existed.

And let me make the samepoint I made before: Are you prepared to call all biotech companies fradulent because they go to a large pharmaceutical company and offer a private placement?

Let me pose this question to you, dppl: If Matri-Digm had private placements from Anderson Consulting, would you then say that it has a legitimate product? For reasons that you are unable to say, you have come to the conclusion that ZITLs private placement is somehow suspicious, beause ZITL isn't big enough or famous enough. Your logic escapes me.
