Hi Jim,
I think what you said make a lot of sense when comparing two companies like FNTN and YAHOO. Although from the surface they look as if they are in the same industry but in fact are far apart in products and customers, and the only common denominator between them is that they are considered as Internet stocks. (Much like: Caterpillar and Chevrolet),

The difference between them is that YAHOO is know by literally every internet users and many more (more than 90Million users, many more investors, public etc..). When FNTN get its fame, it is aiming for, will only get the attention of a fraction of that audience.

But hey, on the other hand, YAHOO makes it's money mainly from the ads it carries on its board, where as FNTN is a primarily service company, where they charge as they speak.

One thing is not very clear to me, though, in this day and age of the Internet and Intranet, is that a lot of companies are establishing their own web sites internal network infrastructure and henceforth their own Intranet and Extranets - between companies. I am talking about small to average size companies.

My question is why would a large company with their internal resources and high funds use FNTN Intranet services instead of establishing their own?

I would understand it in the financial sector where they could offer investment services i.e. trading, real-time quotes etc. But other industries like FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND CITY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, LAW ENFORCEMENT, INSURANCE, MEDICAL AND LEGAL INDUSTRIES etc.

The other thing is "First Nationwide Proprietary Intranet" is it the first? And how big will it be?

I hope you don't consider these questions as negative ones but merely seeking for more info.

Your feedback is appreciated.

Very long on FNTN.....
