Mr. Robben,

<<Re: J/L process: You imply that it is over/ended...>>

Actually Mr. Volquardsen said, "First off they are still investigating
it as an ehancement technique so they don't believe it is a complete
write-off."

Mr. V essentially is correct. The J/L process still has strong support
within the company and is a long way from being over/ended. J/L
has inherent problems that have nothing to do with its efficacy as a
recovery technology. As a "black box" the J/L process is beyond the
pale of consideration for serious investors in this post Bre-X climate.
This has been mentioned by others contributing to this thread.

As a recovery process it most certainly has passed initial muster but
is not ready, as yet, for full commissioning into service. If I had my
way we would not hear another word from the company until J/L, or any
other recovery process we may investigate, has attained virtual blue
chip stature to our in-house mining professionals and works in the lab
every time.

Notwithstanding my own seemingly optimistic postings of late regarding
the asset we may have in the person of Jeremy Ison who brings needed
experience to the table, the ore at Franklin Lake is like a combination
lock that changes its combination to a new unknown number every time
it's opened. This feature is producing inconsistent results. I know of
no one outside the company that knows just how inconsistent, however.

As we pursue the conventional path leading to wider recognition and
greater credibility the recovery issue is off the front burners. For
the time being we have other fish to fry as we drill and assay.
