The financial and technological strength of the big companies are
thousands of times stronger than RMBS. When they decided to develop
something no body can compete. Take APM for example, when disk heads
is not much of issue in terms of money making, it was the leading
disk heads manufacture. After IBM decided to develop disk heads, it
produced the products tens of times faster and denser. APM's stock
went down from 60's to 4's in a matter of months.

Now, RMBS is a much smaller company than APM, RMBS has 136 employees
vs APM's 9000. You can see how much easier for RMBS to go under.

Some might say that RMBS has INTC's support, but INTC has over 1000
small companies to support. It will not favor RMBS over the others,
as they all aligned with INTL's interests.
