Are we talking about switching your phone line completely over to cable? My cable gets knocked out in storms for up to three days. Yet , I have never had a phone line go down. Our cable doesn't even answer the phone on the weekend, if they are down. They always have an excuse for the calls not going through to their answering service. I was looking at installing direct tv however this is another story.

Sold a little tlab yesterday for the first time. Needed some cash and kept looking at the base. <g>
