I think we've forgotten that Benson only owns 1/8 of the stock. He and Levine combined only own 20%. If someone wants this company, they'll take it and he knows that. He's not in a position to make decisions on emotion if he really wants to turn things around.

If his primary goal is not to turn things around, he has an even bigger problem.

Course when you are sitting on a half billion dollars or so career paths aren't always important. I don't see him wearing a paper hat asking some Cisco sales manager if he'd like fries with his order.
