Hi, I pulled this information from a report dated 6/24/98 in the Market Guide / ProVestor Plus Company Report on Telechips. You can get this data from marketguide.com they make the stand disclaimer at the top that says their information isn't necessarily correct. You may have to pay for the report as I received it free as part of a brokerage account I have. The report said there were a total of 99,999,000 insider purchases of insider shares and a total of 99,999,000 insider sales of shares. So perhaps they did this in several series... I don't know. David
