I am a layman when it comes to the medical community and related industries but I do know that mankind has be trying to find quality cancer drug treatment programs for many, many years with only marginal success. With a history like that I would say that the Tseng BOD could have gotten better odds at Atlantic City. However if you believe recent news reports lately it would seem that at least one developer is on the verge of a treatment breakthrough and you can look at that as a good news / bad news situation. As a stockholder I will vote against the Cell merger and against the current Tseng BOD. Their actions in this matter only strengthen my resolve against the current Tseng Directors. The Tseng BOD has proven once again that "history repeats itself"--- what a bunch of 2 time losers.
