Resposted in response to the question of Rene's Position

"How can one defend/support Rene"

Everything that you all are complaining about is dirty laundry from last year's promises, borrowing, and warrants - those complaints are Rene's responsibility and perhaps were necessary ones to get us here today without going bankrupt. Those he must take responsibility and the consequences for.

I do have to say however that Rene has been busy this year doing many things that have been extremely positive for the company's future (although not yet reflected in the share price). Hamilton expansion, Richmond underway, the twins apparently in the wings, and USF at a minimum to operate any/all plants put up. These few items are more than we had last year, so please consider the timeframe of the actions we are suffering through now and then look at those items in the pipeline which will likely not show their full potential for some time. It is not unlike the FED having to make monitary policy changes which they do not anticipate effecting the company for at least six months.

As for voting Rene out, you all may wish what you like, but my suggestion to Rene and all of you is that Rene finds a suitable alter ego (no pun intended) that can help him KEEP UP with the ever increasing demands of this company. Rene, you cannot do it all - at some point both you and the company will be more effective with two posts - such as Chief Operating Officer as well as CEO. You should be doing more of what you do best - selling the company's merits and its plants all with the confidence that the daily operations are fully under control.

Cheers to Rene today, Regrets that we had to resort to floorless REG D's last year to get here,

Very Sincerely,

Poweruser
