Yes, chaos indeed. What was originally presented as Brounstein's voluntarily stepping down due to the changed nature of the business (sales vs R&D) appears to have been anything but voluntary. My interpretation is that he was fired. From a longer term perspective, I'm not sure what the next 3-4 months will bring in terms of the stock's pricing. I'm always happy to participate in (and support) a turnaround situation, but this one may take a bit longer than I had originally anticipated. Disclaimer: I have a small position which originally was taken for technical reasons.
