Investors are getting some of the restricted 50M-- that is where the cash is coming from. Private placement? Discounted? Does anyone know the terms of the agreement? Are these investors a group, or are we talking about individuals? And--please forgive me if this has been covered before--what are the restrictions, and for how long will they be in place?
