I've been quietly following this stock for the last 2.5 years, and in my observation period, each time a bottom formation was confirmed by 100% increase in volume and more than 5% increase in price (with a neutral or -ve previous earnings report c/w expectation), it always went up considerably in the very near future. If one forms that observation as the basis for any near term speculation, I see that in both of the following scenarios, its showing the tendency to move upwards again: a) we have now 2 successive days of more than 100% volume increase. b) all the new sales getting booked and some from the last quarter getting realized to the income sheet this quarter (as seen in the last SEC filing), the earnings can not be bad... they can only be neutral or higher than expected ... end even if they turn out to be just neutral, the technical pattern and price action in the last few days indicate that the market is putting its belief now in the hypothesis that it (neutral erngs. wrt. expecta'n) will be perceived by the street as: "well, this issue has been overcompensated on the down side by now, because of the previous report, so this is better now, and the last bottom is already seen. So, it has nowhere to go but up now!" and the buying in earnest will ensue. Just imho.
