1) It's possible that the PR firm could have quit. 2) It's possible they could have been fired. 3) It's possible that they may have mutually agreed to sever the relationship.
But only one scenario fits the facts of what's happening: New merger transition team leader (James Green); Both ESVS and Zulu, functioning as one company, now firmly on the West Coast; Hayton (East Coast) is in a dinimished or non-existent role; time zone difference; and given big events on the horizon, the need to communicate instantly with PR/IR department.
Plus, this could also be an example of the continued growth of the company.
But once again, we don't know. Thus, it is plausible for you to present the scenario that they may have quit.
I suspect, given the reality, that the termination was mutual. I also, again, take note that the firm came in during the Lair period. We are, today, firmly entrenched in the Mincheff/Green period of Zulu's growth. |
