Bob, Since TGSK is a non reporting bb co i would think independent share numbers from the transfer agent would be the best way to go. ENK Stock Transfer 418 Elizabeth Ave. Vacaville, Ca 95688 707.448.0755 I requested info regarding; shares out, 504's,505's, restricted, float ,etc. The lady who runs it gave me the run around for 3 weeks before telling me i had to get this info from the co. Kinda blows the independence part doesn't it. Although transfer agents are not required by law to have to give you this info, most are happy to fax this info to you with a simple written request(fax). If you can get ENK to fax you the share #'s please PM me, as i would be very interested in them. JC
