I tried plugging in Shanzi K's equation for communication companies fair $ = 7.87 + 5.5EPS97 + .249LTG% + .16Istitution% + .0004Cap(M) The numbers I used were EPS 97 = 0.40 LTG = 12% (First Call has a single analyst value of 20% so I conservatively decreased it Isyit% = 37.89% - but this is as of 30/6/96 - from the http://www/stocksmart.com web page (it may be lower today though) Cap = 13.23M * 11$ fair$ = 19.17. Not a bad correlation with my target price of about 17$
