Hi Wayne, thanks for the question. We are aware of the planned sales which so far have not been executed. If the stock jumps from its present levels to a much bigger number (remeber MARG went from $2 to $30 in two days), I think everyone should consider selling a portion of it. This company had a loss (unaudited) of only $0.02 last year and it is unarguable that the employees/owners are not paying themselves a big wage. Since it was never an IPO ( I was told this) this would be the first time they will get paid a little.
