I think you're overstating it. The company did not fabricate data. They discovered one of the sites had enrolled 6 patients which should not have been enrolled. As soon as they caught the problem, it was reported to the FDA. This is how it is supposed to work. As far as it affecting their clients, I don't think it will have much effect,if any. All of the big pharma companies are used to dealing with the FDA and PPD acted as it should have.

I agree that the insider selling is troubling though.
