Good post Joe. We do have a fundamental disagreement though on the role that TDFX management plays though. I thought about it all last night and realized that I need more information about the history of TDFX in order to confirm or deny my assumptions.

Here are my questions:

1.) What is the early history of the company? My understanding is that Gordon Campbell broke off from SGI, but who did he bring with him?

2.) When did Greg Ballard join TDFX? What is his background before then?

3.) Who are the top technical guys at TDFX these days? Gary Tarolli and who else?

They answers to these questions will help me with my fundamental question: How technical is TDFX's management and how actively do they participate in technical decisions?
