I'm not going to comment on your math one way or another, except to say that Energold does not have to finance for its share of the capital costs under the terms of the deal with Eldorado. They have to finance our half and we pay them back out of production.

EGD has 14.2 MM shares out, 17.5 MM FD, $2.3 MM cash. Drilling should start in 8 wks
