They also said it is not convertible for a

The big plus is that GMGC has more capital
to develop and promote magicTalk, Portico and
MagicPhone.

I agree that it is a plus that they are getting
the loan. Sounds like they will be expanding or
creating a new network ops center? Maybe their
antispated demand for Portico is greater than
their existing ops center can handle.
