I just wanted to make sure people understand that it is not a sure bet that a decision will be rendered in 2 -3 weeks, and more importantly, that a delayed decision actually could bode favorably for Misonix. It still would not surprise me if Mentor withdrew the motion before the July 23 date. They once withdrew an identical motion against another UAL competitor. Ask yourself, how can the Federal Government get a preliminary injunction approved against Microsoft (and subsequently overruled by an Appeals Court) faster than Mentor can even get a hearing for one scheduled against Lysonix. Someone isn't trying too hard here and it's not Lysonix.
