techie! thanks for the elaboration...i have one question ..if RC registered his 10,000 for sale on 11/20/96 does it mean that it will be sold immediately on the open market or is there a time frame where these shares can be sold off??
if there is a window of say 30 days ...isn't possible that insiders are aware of some positive news that might move the stock to $23-25 level that will happen within that time frame??
and, due to the volatility and news sensitivity of AMTX and all ADSL stocks the same stock might retract to the current levels awaiting that major announcement that will within 3-6 months make a stock like AMTX too expensive to buy!!
just wondering and trying to make the most of what little knowledge i have to help me earn a positive return!
