a: When is the deal likely to be approved.

b: What will be the immediate short term impact on T's earnings.?

c: What will be the debt to cash flow ratio be after the take over.?

d: What is the level of Expenditure that must be further incurred to
upgrade The cable Network for XDSL.?

e: Are they likely to run into Consumer resistance for increased cost
of set-top combined service.?

f: When will earnings show an increase.?
