The conversion price ($64.50) is 28% higher than where the shares are trading now. The float would increase by 8% - if and when the conversions were exercised, assuming they were exercised all at once. It doesn't seem so bad to me. I just wonder what CMVT wants to buy now, hmmm...

But the market disagrees with me. I am not happy that the stock gapped down at the open.
