Thanks for your long response.

regarding Korean inventory:
1. It's true that nobody can tell the exact #s of inventory for any
given company. However, MU always had some informer/s(?) to nail down
"dumping" charges and etc. It's not my role to judge if that's ethical
or not as a trader.
2. According to my source, a few Korean semis are not having easy time
to get raw materials. We trade or invest in stocks based on future
"possibilities" than history.

regarding Lehi fab:
1. Sure if they didn't even start building that fab, management
could've saved a lot of potato sacks to begin with. But you have to
understand that there were tremendous pressure from industry and wall
street to build a new fab to upgrade at that time. They were doomed if
they didn't have any plan to upgrade to 16 from 4, but shrinking.
Every semis were announcing for new fabs. So when Steve A. announced
that they were going to halt new fab, a lot of pundits from this BB
called him all kinds of names and longs were really nervous about this
"halt". Now we know that was a necessary move for MU to survive during
another down turn.
2. MU's margin will improve due to smart(?) deal with TI. Margin is King.

regarding MU price movement:
Of course we'll have many up days and down days before Oct. But I
don't see much down side till Clinton comes back home(10days) and
Japanese election is over.
