I read ana analyst report that he thinks the RBOCs will be interested in Qwest more for their business accounts than the possibility of getting residential l.d. business. There is plenty of capacity not making an acquisition for Qwest necessary but the RBOCs may see the profit margins on the business side. This make Qwest very attractive because of the facilities necessary to provide qualifty data transmission. I think this is an accurate statement that companies like the RBOCs and British Telecom will more likely buy Qwest rather than Time Warner.
