These shells are owned like houses or real estates and I do not care who owns them because I have said many times I am tried of dealing in this market with out some kind of safety factor. Dealer makers exist in every industry. If that little casion shows in another shell guess what ... I am going there ... I expect it to be held by the same people until which time as someone pays them for their interest and takes ownership of the shell... If I sell a house to someone and they default I am going to take it back. If I need a board I will put friends on it. That is typical ... I have made no misrepresentation of what I am doing or how I am following the SEC filings and properties or deals or deal makers which is safer than following anyone on line. Mike you do the exact same thing. I follow you deal maker and I expect to see the same folks in it. SURG and AVBC do not have these same gentlemen. But if they did I would not care and would probably feel a lot safer. Deal makers exist in the market and everyone knows that. They bring in deals and that is how they make a living and based on that I do not have to worry about sitting long in a shell ... FBRR does not have deal makers in it and it has not done one yet either but it was suppose to be closed months ago.. Barbie is a solid individual and highly respected. If it smells bad then please do not put money in it. GB
