I am afraid that you missed the point of one of my prior posts- see

exchange2000.com

Making money in the stock market is really pretty easy. Identify companies that are going to be around for a while. (Their product has a market.) Then examine those issues that have severely depressed prices more closely (Buy low, sell high). Avoid all stocks that just recently dropped down like the plague. (Reason: market psychology will generally NOT allow an immediate turnaround). Then select only those stocks whose negative earning trends are in reversal (ie they're coming out of it). (If you can't identify this group, then let Value Line do it for you). Now (see my post above) it turns out that you still have an inordinate amount of time (several months) to position yourself in the stock of the company. If you are patient, you will see sudden (flagpole) movement upward in the stock price. It will not happen when you expect it to happen so don't even bother with predictions. It can take a quarter, or 6 months or more. This will be followed by a slow decay in the stock price (banner), until another sudden jump occurs, etc. When the stock returns to full value in the market place, sell it and move on.

How does BEAM fit in all this? We are waiting for our first flagpole IMO.
