Then why aren't you selling? You just made an argument for selling the stock. Then why don't you? You do however bring up the good issue of "barriers to entry". You are saying that barriers to entry into ESD are low, so anybody can set up shop and steal business from DR. They said the same thing about AMZN. "It's just books". I do not think the barriers are THAT low, not as low as AMZN. First, you have to sign up a lot of vendors QUICKLY. That is hard to do. Second, you have to create a SEAMLESS system for selling and documenting. Yes, anybody can buy a server, T-45 lines and tons of software licenses. It is putting it all together that is the hard part. And keep this in mind too: DR not only sells software electronically, it will also be selling its selling system. So if thosuands of competitors come on board, that would be great, if they buy their systems from DR. DocStone
