Window dressing tends to end three days before the end of the quarter. This is to allow for settlement of the transaction. With institutions, it may end even a little earlier for purpose of reporting their holdings to their clients. Please correct me anyone as my information was gathered by reading this and similar threads and I tend to forget something (as a human does). Go INPR... Ghassan.
