Tod and Janice, this seems pretty easy to solve amicably. "macker" claims Janice and Rhonda had a conversation in which certain things were said. Janice claims macker is not telling the truth, that Rhonda never said those things. So, all we need simply do is ask Rhonda, right?
As an honorable sort, I truly believe you would apologize to Janice if it turns out -- in this one instance (we'll make things very simple) -- Janice is telling the truth. Conversely, Janice will apologize to you and macker here and on the MTEI thread if indeed Rhonda indicates she did say certain things to macker or anyone else who asked her.
OK, here's what macker wrote:
