Harry, I think they will get together and attempt another self policed production limitation, but over time greed will win out and oil will hit another low. I think that asia demand will not pick up for another year, maybe two, and at that time oil prices will start their climb back above $50 bbl. I don't think there is any internal bad news waiting to come out. In the near future there is a good chance that we see 17-19, and a good chance to test single digits. That is when I will buy more. In the long term, there is very little risk. IMHO Satch
