Pugs, If you will PM me and explain some of the "other options" that management is working on, and they are credible, I will be happy to recant my post. In the meantime, let's not not subvert the plan to get our shares in name form or in a DLJ account. There are too many people out there who still might not do it because they are being led to believe that "plan B" is going to come along and the company is going to rise from its own ashes like a "Phoenix". I have serious doubts that this will happen. Right now, an action the shareholders can take with minimal effort has been suggested by Riley and Daddy. They should be encouraged to follow through.
